** Can I request a custom-made bracelet with specific crystals?**
Absolutely! Our skilled artisans specialize in crafting custom bracelets infused with the crystals of your choice. Whether you're seeking healing properties or a unique aesthetic, we'll work closely with you to bring your vision to life.

** How do I place custom orders for accessories?**

Earrings, rings, necklaces, nose cuffs, pet charms, lock cuffs, and roach clips all have a special product listed in each category where the crystal type and materials as well as size can be selected. Please contact jeweledbymarley@gmail.com for any concerns or to directly place a custom order.

** How do I know what size I am for accessories?**
For bracelets, necklaces, and rings you can use a shoelace or string to wrap around your wrist, neck, or finger and place it next to a ruler to measure in cm. Then, choose the corresponding option for the product or inform us directly by emailing jewledbymarley@gmail.com

** What are tooth gems?**
Tooth gems are a dazzling way to enhance your smile with carefully crafted lead-free and non-toxic flatback crystals or diamonds. Our skilled technicians use safe and non-invasive techniques to apply these gems to your teeth, allowing you to express your individuality with a sparkling touch.

** How are they applied?**

The tooth gem process is very similar to the process of placing orthodontic braces. The same dental materials are used, and a dental curing light is used to set the final design in place. The whole process only takes about 15 minutes for a simple design. There is NO drilling or pain involved!

** How long do tooth gems last?**

With proper maintenance tooth gems can last from 6-12+ months. Retention is based 50% on application by your tooth gem tech and 50% client maintenance, so we advise to always continue routine dental care.

** How do I save money on tooth gems?**

We offer discounted pre-picked model designs that can be accessed by contacting us directly. If you would like to see the options, please reach out to us by emailing jewelebymarley@gmail.com so we can show you the selection of tooth gem designs. Another way to save is the more you get, the more you save! The first gem is $30 and each gem after is $25 up to 15 gems. All gems after the 16th are only $10 each!

** Can I brush my teeth normally?**

Yes, however, you should never use charcoal based toothpaste with gems on your teeth. We also advise waiting 24 hours post-application to use an electric toothbrush.

** Can I feel the gem on my tooth?**

The jewels are only 0.4mm or 0.9mm thick and 1.8mm to 3mm in diameter. Initially, something on your tooth will feel different, but a few days after the application, you will get used to the new feeling.

** Can I get tooth gems if I have fake teeth or veneers?**

Unfortunately, no because the bonding will only work on natural teeth.

** Can I get tooth gems if I have an Invisalign?**

No because the invisalign would not fit the same with the gem on it.

** Can I get tooth gems if I have braces or retainers?**

It is recommended to wait until after braces are taken off or you are done wearing your retainers, but you can still get tooth gems nonetheless.

** Can I still get my teeth whitened?**

Yes, at least one week before tooth gem application or 48 hours post-application.

** What if I swallow them?**

The jewels are tiny glass crystals or gold. They have no sharp edges. It will come out "the natural way" the same as it went inside your body.

** What if I want to take it off?**

Tooth gems should not be removed at home as this can put you at risk of damaging your enamel without proper education. When you are ready to remove tooth gems please see your tooth gem technician or a dentist for a safe removal.
